1General Terms & Conditions

Tarafbet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid license. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Platform and the user.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall take precedence. tarafbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and users will be given reasonable notice of any changes.

If you reside in Bangladesh or any other country where online betting is legally prohibited or restricted, you use this Platform entirely at your own risk. Compliance with local laws is solely the user's responsibility. tarafbet will not be held liable for any breach of local regulations.

2Account Register

To open an account on tarafbet, you must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information. Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed after account registration.
• Identity will be verified via National ID, passport, or driving license.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.

If any of your details change after registration (such as your phone number or email address), you must notify tarafbet support. tarafbet will not be held responsible for any account verification issues arising from unauthorized changes to your information.

3Age Requirement & Eligibility

Tarafbet is a responsible gaming platform. We strictly enforce an 18+ policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the Platform.

• Proof of age must be submitted during account verification.
• Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not eligible to use the platform.
• Tarafbet employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the Platform.

4Deposit Policy

Deposits on tarafbet must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Depositing through third parties or from another person's account is strictly prohibited.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• The maximum single deposit amount depends on the user's account tier.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Any deposit exceeding the daily limit will be automatically returned.
• Deposit limits may apply until your account has been verified.

All deposits are subject to strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Suspicious transactions will be flagged automatically, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from tarafbet. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Processing may take longer in exceptional circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time.
• If there is an active bonus on your account at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

Tarafbet reserves the right to verify suspicious withdrawal requests. Additional documentation may be required during this process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being cancelled.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Tarafbet regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms and conditions outlined in the offer details. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering amount must be completed first.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously, unless explicitly permitted by the offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tarafbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

7Betting Policy

All standard sports and gaming rules apply when placing bets on tarafbet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the live cash-out option is active.

• Tarafbet reserves the right to void any bet placed unintentionally due to a technical error.
• If clearly incorrect odds or lines are published, the affected bets will be considered void.
• The maximum bet amount per event must remain within the designated limit.
• Any bets linked to match fixing or manipulation of any kind will be voided and the account will be closed.
• For Live Betting, some events may have a deadline for placing bets.

Winnings are generally credited to your account within 24 hours of an event concluding. For disputed results, payment is processed once the official outcome is confirmed.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tarafbet Platform. Engaging in any such activity will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems or software.
• Registering an account using false or misleading information.
• Harassing or disrespecting other users.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Tarafbet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, with or without cause. Users are generally notified before an account is closed; however, immediate closure may occur in cases of serious violations.

• Users may also request to close or temporarily suspend their own account.
• Users will have the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance before an account is closed.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• A maintenance fee may be charged on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

10Privacy & Data Protection

Tarafbet treats the protection of user personal data as a top priority. We do not sell or transfer user information to any third party. Data may only be disclosed when required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.

• We are not liable for delays caused by the failure of third-party payment providers.
• We are not liable for any losses caused by issues with the user's own device or network.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in connection with any single incident.
